EAST STUDENT'S WESTERN PIECE FOR HOUSTON LIVESTOCK SHOW AND RODEO ADVANCES TO AUSTIN

VEHS Senior Melissa Sanchez's artwork for the Huston Livestock Show and Rodeo School Art Competition has been selected for the Houston Rodeo School Art Auction.

EAST AND WEST HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES HEADED TO STATE

Multiple athletes from Victoria East and West High School competed at the Regional level in their sports and will be advancing to compete at the State level this weekend.

Victoria ISD's Leadership Definition, Leading Toward Genius, is separated into three categories (Connecting, Growing, and Reaching). This month our focus is celebrating Connecting to Genius. Connecting to Genius is comprised of four indicators, the first is Values Relationships.

For the month of February, each campus selected one employee that embodies the “Values Relationships” indicator under Connecting.

VISD LAUNCHING DISTRICT-WIDE SURVEY

On February 20, Victoria ISD will be launching the VOICE Survey, a district-wide survey that is the result of a collaboration between all VISD departments and campuses.
